Three characteristic & beautifully restored accommodations in two antique farmhouses from the 1500s, located on a very picturesque wine estate farm in the hills of the Senese countryside with vast views over the Tuscan hills and in a quite and peaceful position - 2.5 miles from the charming small town of  Buonconvento with restaurants and all essential shops, 5 miles from Montalcino,  of the famous  "Brunello di Montalcino wine" and 12 miles south of the classic hill town of Siena.  Not far from the spas of: Rapolano Terme, Bagno Vignoni & San Casciano dei Bagni. Also not far from the hill towns of Pienza, Montepulciano. The region of Umbria is just to the east.  The hill town of Arezzo is not far and Florence is about 1 and ½ hours to the north.

You arrive at the property entering a well preserved & restored courtyard with parking surrounded by the farm houses with the accommodations the owners house, the vineyards & olive groves and at a distance from an area with farmyard animals (horses, etc.) The recent restoration of the accommodations was completed respecting the traditions of classic Tuscan farmhouses with antique floors in cotto tile, wooden beams and “grandmother antique furniture". 

IL LECCIO: is an independent villa apartment on the ground floor of about 90 sq. meters., with private entrance, large living room, dining room with fire place, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with large bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds  (possibility of joining beds) and 2 bathrooms each with shower. There is a large outside patio with tables and chairs.  The villa sleeps 4 people plus 2 people on the bed sofa in the lounge. Independent central heating, Sat. TV,  washing machine (outside) shared.

LA STALLA: is a characteristic ground floor apartment with private entrance, named after the old stable for cattle, of 80 sq. meters with a large and spacious living room/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, (possibility of joining single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, furnished with epoch typical furniture "old art", simple but with good taste and comfortable like a country house of long ago.  The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 people.  Independent central heating, Sat. TV, dishwasher, washing machine (outside) shared.  Outside private area with table and chairs.

IL SALARIATO: is a large apartment of 150 sq. meters on the 2nd floor above La Stalla and reached by outside stairway and private entrance.  There is a very spacious living room/dinning room with a large typical Senese fireplace, large fully equipped kitchen,  1 double bedroom with large bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, (possibility of joining beds),  one bathroom with shower and bath and 2nd bathroom with shower.  Furnished with "old art" simple but with good taste and comfortably as a country house of long ago.  The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 adults & 2 children. Independent central heating, Sat. TV, dishwasher, washing machine (outside) shared.  Outside private area with table and chairs

    Swimming pool with wonderful views of the sunset, childrens activities, bikes, breakfast, other meals and cooking classes can be provided. WIFI in all accomodations.

Produce: Red wine from Bunello grapes, olive oil, horses, cattle, turkeys and chickens.
