A spacious and traditional stone Tuscan farmhouse
 originally built as a monastery in the XV century, on 57
acres of land with olive trees, vineyards, extensive woods
and meadows - located 2.5 Km from Panzano and approximately halfway between Florence and Siena. The house is on two floors with a vine-covered pergola covering
a large furnished outside terrace that provides a quite and idyllic setting from which to enjoy the vistas of the Chianti countryside.  There are a total of seven bedrooms (sleeping 13) and 7 bathrooms for 13 people with 6 doubles and 1 single bedroom.
 
On the ground floor there is a huge eat-in country kitchen
with stove top, oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, spacious living/dining room, laundry room, one bedroom with two twin beds and bathroom with shower, a large suite bedroom with large bed, open fireplace, sitting area, bathroom with shower and private entrance from the outside and single bedroom with bathroom with shower.  On the 2nd floor a stone stairway opens onto a reading and TV room, a very large living room with open fireplace, a billiard room and a beautiful loggia with a breath-taking view of the olive groves. There are two double rooms (with large beds) with en-suite bathrooms: one with a bath and a shower and the other with a shower. And two bedrooms with two beds in each with bathrooms: one with a bath and shower and one with a shower only.

Il Fienile seperate house (80 sq m) New addition with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths:

- The entrance opens into a kitchen/living room with TV
- The kitchen is complete with stove top, oven, fridge and dishwasher
- One double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower
- One double or twin bedroom (double bed can be separate in two singles) with private exit onto the terrace and garden. Attached bathroom with shower.
- One large single bedroom (the single may be converted into a double bed)

- Private garden with gazebo

Another new addition is the Cottage "Il Forno" B&B - 2 guests:
The Cottage is a few steps from the main farmhouse and consists of a large double bedroom, with bathroom.  It may
be rented separately from the main villa in low season only.
In high season it may be rented along with the main villa.

Special meals with varied menus can be provided. A full
size and unique salt water swimming pool is located in the spacious garden with wonderful sunset views to the west.
