Below the ancient Castle of Vivo D'Orcia is the recently, comfortably restored and secluded 4 bedroom, 2 bath farm house from the 15th century on a farm estate, less than one mile from the village overlooking the magnificent Oricia Valley south of Montalcino, Montepulcano and 30 miles south of Siena. 

The house has been decorated in excellent taste, using many antiques belonging to the family and the rooms are painted in sunny Mediterranean colors.  There is a large living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, kitchen, garden for outdoor dining and swimming pool with great views, bordered by English roses and hydrangeas.  The house is well equipped with garage, telephone, washing machine and dishwasher.  Typical Tuscan dinner can be supplied, as well as first shopping or a cook.
