Between Florence and Arezzo:

IL PINO   (T1)

Location: Poggio di Loro
Originally a farmhouse belonging to the estate of the local fattoria in Poggio di Loro, Il Pino is situated on the south facing terraces of an olive grove in a small valley above the Arno valley with a stunning view of up to 70 km on a clear day.  Il Pino offers two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two bedrooms each with a separate bathroom. The two b’s in bed & breakfast are taken very seriously, the comfort of your bed is as equally important as the culinary experience of your breakfast, which is never repetitious, utilizing seasonal organically grown products, homemade preserves and bakery. Evening meals can also be served upon request. The furnishing of the interiors harmoniously combines modern with old whilst not forgetting the Tuscan origins and are further characterised by a considerable collection of modern art. A small swimming pool is available for your refreshment and there are further possibilities to bathe in the nearby stream and millpond.


CASA OLIVETO   (T2)

A traditionally and lovingly restored 5 bedroom family home with lovely views high above the Arno valley on an olive-farm property dating from the 1400s in the mountains halfway between Florence and Arezzo.






IL BELVEDERE and L'OLIVETA   (T3)

In the countryside and in the mountains between Florence and Arezzo not from the medieval Tuscan village of Loro Ciuffenna (3 miles) with its appealing shops and restaurants lie the lovely olive farms of Il Belvedere and L'Oliveta

 Il Belvedere, two tastefully and recently restored, small two bedroom, two bath houses (converted old hay barns):  one sleeping 4 with great views and the other 4 to 6 - both enjoying their independence, yet  situated not far from the owner's residence.   Large Swimming Pool in the garden.

 L'Oliveta, A short drive from Il Belvedere into the Aretine Chianti hills at the foot of the Pratomagno mountains sits L'Oliveta, a traditional five bedroom farmhouse built in the early 1800's, lovingly restored to maintain its rustic characteristics with, 3 bathrooms  sleeping 8 to10 with it’s own swimming pool.


Between Florence and Siena:

CASA ADRIANO   (T12)

Location: Greve
A tastefully restored 5 bedroom, villa (sleeping 9) from the 15th century beautifully situated in the hills between Greve and Panzano and halfway between Florence and Siena.  Elegantly furnished in accordance with its country residence and character.


PODERE FELCETO   (T35)

Location: Panzano in Chianti
A spacious and traditional stone Tuscan farmhouse originally built as a monastery in the XV century, on 57 acres of land with olive trees, vineyards, extensive woods and meadows - located 2.5 Km from Panzano and approximately halfway between Florence and Siena. The house is on two floors with a vine-covered pergola covering a large furnished outside terrace that provides a quite and idyllic setting from which to enjoy the vistas of the Chianti countryside. There are a total of seven bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and can be rented for 10 to 13 people. A full size and unique salt water swimming pool is located in the spacious garden with wonderful sunset views to the west.


South of Siena:

VILLA PANTANINO   (T28)

A romantic19th century Villa located in the hills only a short distance from Siena with breathtaking views of the city. The villa offers accomodation for up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms on three floors.
IL VIVO D'ORCIA   (T30)

Below the castle of Vivo d'Orcia is the recently comfortably restored and secluded 4 bedroom farm house from the 15th century on a farm estate, less than 1 mile from the village above the beautiful Val d'Orcia south of Montalcino, Montepulciano and 30 miles from Siena.

An ancient farmhouse with splendid location lies about 2 miles from the tiny medieval village of Monticchiello, 5 miles from Montepulciano and Pienza and 25 miles south of Siena.  A recent restoration has resulted in an elegant and very comfortable 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom 2 floor country home.

A beautiful and recently restored old stone farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, spectacular views of the vineyards and hilltop towns of the Montalcino area, about 20 miles south of Siena and a 20 minute drive from Montalcino in the famous Brunello wine region.

The recently restored TARTARUGA apartment in the CASTELLUCCIO (a medieval castle of from the 10th century on the summit of a hill on the La Foce estate)  sleeping five with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with spectacular views of the countryside as well as the castle courtyard.
