This beautiful and majestic villa dating back to the 11th century with its annex is located above Greve in Chianti in the typically harmonious Tuscan landscape of rolling vineyard covered hills, halfway between Florence and Siena with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The house has a large living room with fireplace on three levels, large glass enclosed loggia, dining room opening on to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. A second livingroom-study is on the 2nd floor with a fireplace. There are three twin bedrooms, one double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom with whirlpool bath, one single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower and two bathrooms with shower. The house is equipped with, washing machine, dishwasher, telephone, stereo and satellite television. Swimming pool in the garden.

The Annex has a livingroom with cooking area, diningroom with fireplace and loft with 2 single beds, bath and wardrobe. 7-night minimum stay. Self-catering.
